Returns:

• Items purchased from HannaLAHandmade.com can be exchanged for store credit only within 21 days of purchase. Items returned must be in a new condition.
• Sale items and items purchased with a promotional code are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.  
• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.                               
• If you purchase an item that goes on sale at a later date, we are not able to honor the lower price.                                                                                          
• Exchanges are subject to shipping charges.
